served with a rocket salad and a chilli and soy dipping sauce

Crisp Smoked ham and wild mushroom risotto
with olive oil and parmesan cheese

Mild spiced strips of chicken
in a vegetable and noodle Thai broth

Irish goats cheese and spinach samosas
with onion mango and coriander chutney

Sweet chunks of melon
set in an apple schnapps jelly with fresh coulis

served with fresh wheaten bread

Sliced breast of turkey, baked ham,
herb stuffing and chipolatas with rich gravy

with a tomato, mushroom and herb sauce

with a roast garlic and cream sauce, garnished with grilled asparagus tips
